Beach Dive

We had a beautiful day with a bit of current and a 5-10 knot easterly breeze as we dove off of Lauderdale By The Sea today. The current and wind conditions made the navigation class practicals, a little more practical. Joe and his son Andy, working on their advanced open water and nitrox ratings discovered how important it is to work as a team while navigating and most importantly in potential rescue scenarios. We’re off to explore the Speigel Grove tomorrow morning and then on to a nightdive with the folks at Biscayne National Underwater Park. If you think you might be ready for deeper and more advanced dives, make sure you drop us a line for more information.

Be safe, dive smart.
